  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

We offer multiple delivery options based on your location and urgency:

  • Standard Shipping – 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping – 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping – 1–2 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.
Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on orders over ₹2499 (within India only).

Note: Delivery to rural or remote locations may take a little longer.

4. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Custom duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
  • Hostaa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of the shipping confirmation email.
  • For damaged items, keep all packaging and share photos with our team for quicker resolution.
  • We’ll work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund as needed.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or restricted regions.
  • Some products may be restricted from shipping to specific areas due to legal or logistic limitations.
