Refund and Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
• Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Items purchased during sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for return. Please check individual product terms before purchasing.

2. Return Process

• To start a return, contact our customer support at support@ababilmart.in or call with your order ID and reason for return.
• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved by our team.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong product).

4. Exchanges

• We offer exchanges (such as size or color changes) based on product availability.
• Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Replacement items will be delivered within 5–7 business days after approval.
